When I starting back using fiber, it was to learn to knit. The exact way Sarah describes the way her anxiety seemed to go away, I felt they same way with the level of relaxation that knitting offered me. When I started to weave, I didn’t initially feel that it was mediative as all! It took me a while to recognize these benefits of the craft beyond the technique. But with this pause in time due to the coronavirus pandemic, I am noticing the relief that the craft gives me. This is a good read. Enjoy!
